Walk and Talk Outdoor Therapy

Research continues to indicate that connection to the natural world has a positive impact on mental health and wellbeing. Outdoor therapy is an experiential, mind-body form of therapy that integrates traditional talk therapy with the benefits of getting out in nature and gentle movement. When appropriate and with collaborative discussion and consent, I utilize walk and talk and gardening therapy with clients to expand the range of positive impacts experienced within the therapy context. If you are interested in determining if this form of therapy might be a fit for you, please reach out to discuss further.
